The galactic year, also known as a cosmic year, is the duration of time required for the solar system to orbit once around the centre of the Milky Way galaxy. Estimates of the length of one orbit range from 225 to 250 million "terrestrial" years.
This means "we" have been around the centre of our Galaxy, only 20 times.
Estimates place the speed of rotation at approximately 230 kilometers a second, or 828,000kph (515,000 mph)
Astronomers approximate our solar system as well as our sun to be around 4.6 billion years old. In fact many scientists believe that everything in the entire solar system was created at the same time.
Carl Sagan wrote books that included his idea of a cosmic year. By his theory, an earth year would consist of 438 years a second in a cosmic year.
The Sun is about 4.57 billion years old, and roughly halfway through its life-cycle.

The sun is a bit over eight light minutes from the earth. If it were one full light day away, it would be 1/365th of a light year. At 8.3 light minutes, it is only 1/63367th of a light year.
it's 4.5 billion years old if that's what you mean
What is "solar sun" supposed to mean??? If you mean the Sun, it is about as old as the entire Solar System - estimated at 4.6 billion years.
If you mean the time our Sun takes to go once around the Milky Way, that is estimated to be about 250 million years.
It is 20 cosmic years old. A cosmic year (for those of you who don't know) is one whole orbit around a Galaxy.
There are 4015 earth days in a Jupiter year. jupter's year is equal to 11 earth years. 365 times 11 equals 4015.
from wiki - 11 years
A year on Mars is 688 days. A year on Pluto is 247 Earth years and a year on Jupiter is 11 Earth years. A year on Saturn is 29 Earth years and a year on Mercury is 87 Earth days.
A year on Uranus is equivalent to 84 earth years.84 Earth years or 30,240 earth days
It is 20 cosmic years old. A cosmic year (for those of you who don't know) is one whole orbit around a Galaxy.

Based on a conservative estimation of rotational time around the galaxy, the next "cosmic year" will be in about 110 million years.
About 284 years is one pluto year!
87 earth years
there is 1123 hours in a uranus year it is not that long in earth hours to us!
About 200-250 million earth years. This is known as a Cosmic Year or a Galactic Year,
1 Saturn year is equal to 29 earth years.
60225 earth days = one year on Neptune
29.5 earth years
Cosmic rays are continuously present in space - regardless of what day (or year) it is. Luckily, we are protected from cosmic rays on the surface of the Earth by the Earth's atmosphere and magnetic field. A small amount of comic rays can still reach the Earth's surface - particularly at higher altitudes.
about 365 days..
