There really is no average unless you name a breed. All breeds produce eggs at different rates. Some breeds will give an egg every day and others will only give you two per week.

Unfortunately for both you and me, the Easter Eggs came a couple of years ago for a Easter Event and once they come around, they can't come around again. :( But luckily we have three events coming up in the next three months. The Halloween event which will start this week at sometime, the Thanksgiving event, which will start sometime in November, and the Christmas event.
