There is no one-size-fits all answer to this--pun sort of intended. Anyway, a vagina is a remarkable organ and will stretch to accommodate nearly anything put inside of it; within reason. If you consider the average penis is 5.1" in length and 4.5" around, this is much larger than even two fingers. Just take it easy and if something hurts, then you should stop.

Depends. Some women can fit things far larger than even a fist. On average I'd say two fingers comfortably.
