Despite common belief frogs do not actually eat flies; they can't even catch them. The praying mantis is known for being the only animal in the world that is fast enough to catch flies. But how about I talk about mosquitoes? Frogs will eat Thousands of those a year.
it is actually unknown how many flies are eaten by a spider, but some Spiders eat 5-8, some might eat 1-4

spiders eat flies:)
Yes, flies are the spider's main diet.
They eat small bugs such as flies and brues.
spiders can eat insects such as flies
A spider eats bugs (flies, gnats, etc.) by spinning a web using its spinnerets.
There are many different species of spiders, and they don't all behave the same way. Crickets are larger than flies (incidentally, there are also many different kinds of flies, which come in a range of sizes as well) and a small spider might not be capable of killing a cricket, and therefore would be more likely to eat a small fly. Also note that spiders act only on instinct, they do not actually make choices in the way the people do. If a spider is large enough to take on a cricket, it will eat crickets or flies with equal appetite; spiders do not really care what species of bug they eat.
to eat flies so it will have less flies to harm us
Spiders eat insects(flies, ants...) and other spiders.
Spiders webs are used as protection for the spider, as well as a place to catch flies and other bugs to eat.
I think spiders eat flies and more insects too you know.
