Now talk to Alakazam in Pokemon Square then go to Legendary Island (Now you can go to Silver trench if you have Articuno Zapdos and Moltres)

Boss: Lugia

Reward: Recruition After you beat lugia.

EDIT: you do not need Entei, Raikou and Suicune to go to silver trench, you just need Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos. then you can talk to Alakazam and you can go.

The first answer is not true. There are 15 floors in Mt. Freeze and 5 floors in Mt Freeze Peak, like the 2nd answer said.
