Too many variables to give a good answer. By hand? How much laundry? Front load machine? etc.
Commercial dishwashers take about 15 minutes before it starts to wash. 5 minutes to fill the 10 gallon tub and 10 minutes for it to heat up the water. Each load uses only 2 gallons of water or less. After 6 hours of usage, itβs time to drain the dirty and greasy water, clean the tank and refill with fresh water. So your answer is: 10 plus 2 = 12 gallons. Add 2 more gallons after each load. These dishwasher can run 24/7.
about 9.75 gallons of water or 40 liters per load day
