i could go through and show you how to calculate it by looking up the specific gravity of butter and doing all the conversions,

it's much easier for me to grab one out of the fridge and look.

what I call a "brick" of butter is a solid piece of 1 pound of butter, this weighs 753 grams.

If you're actually talking about a "stick" of butter, divide that by 4
