800 to 1000 hours before touching anyone with a needle, some studios require a person to work 6 months to a year as an apprentice before allowing them to even call themselves a piercer.
Talk to your professional body piercer, the answer is no.
You must age four more years. No way around it, you must be of legal age to participate in body modification by a reputable piercer.
Every person who wants to become a piercer must be trained and hold a valid first aid certification as well as pass an inspection conducted by the local health inspectors. New piercers need to be trained under the supervision of a senior body piercer who is in good standing with the local licensing authority and the local health inspection department. No one can conduct body piercing services without a business license and a health inspection. Under many jurisdictions providing a service on the human body always requires a business license and a health inspection. If you are working in someone else's shop the shop must be licensed and inspected under the senior body piercer's credentials, so you would be working under his/her supervision. If someone tells you that you don't need to work under a business license or health inspection they are full of it and have no clue what they are talking about.
you must get atleast 9 hours of sleep
In the US it would be 21 years old, in Canada it would be 19 years old. However to become a body piercer you must have training, first aid, and actual experience under another professional body piercer in order to clear the business license and health inspection requirements.
The size varies from person to person and is based on position and lip size of the person getting the piercing. Your professional body piercer will size the jewellery accordingly to allow for swelling and proper cleaning of the piercing. Incidents of MRSA infections are on the rise, please leave body piercing to an experienced professional body piercer working in a licensed and inspected facility.
Absolutely, if your piercer is not wearing one time use sterile gloves go to somebody else....Universal precautions {sterile environment, covered surfaces and sterile jewelry, one time use needles etc. etc.} are a MUST...Hope this helps Gloves are not only used to protect the person who is getting the piercing, they are to protect the piercer as well. If a piercing bleeds, you do not want a transfer in blood from the piercee to the piercer. It is not healthy for either person if the piercer does not wear gloves.
Dermal anchors or Dermal piercings are permanent and can't be removed once healed. Once healed and you choose to remove the jewellery you must seek the assistance of a Doctor to have the anchors cut out of the body. Legally a professional body piercer can not remove a dermal anchor once it's healed (it's considered a medical procedure and would be a criminal offence for a body piercer to remove a dermal anchor considering is must be cur out of the body, a procedure that can only be provided by a licensed Doctor {a.k.a. practicing medicine without a license, piercers in the US have been charged and convicted for doing this}).

Yes you can. However I must qualify this answer a bit, it depends on the shape of the nostril and how much room you have to work with. I have one client who has three nostril piercings on one side of her nostril and it works well for her and her look. So I would suggest you talk to your professional body piercer and see what he/she has to say about your plan. It could be worth looking into.
For an egg to be fertilized, it typically must join with the sperm within 24 hours. The egg is only viable for about 12-24 hours after it is released during ovulation. If fertilization does not occur within this timeframe, the egg will disintegrate and be expelled from the body.
