According to Dr. Richard Ferber in his book "Solve Your Child's Sleep Problems," an 11-year-old requires approximately 9.5-10.5 hours of nighttime sleep.

I have read many times in book and in people's opinions and all have come up to 10 to 10 1/2 hours of sleep each night . Try not to get too much sleep , you might have a great morning but you will be tired by 4 , 5 at the most .
