growing weed is illegal in the United States.
I dunno why people think cali is an exception...
although the fines for being caught with plants in California are much less drastic as apposed to many other states.
sorry bro
you need to get your medical card.
6 mature plants OR 12 immature AND 8 oz of bud
None if you don't have a cannabis card.
No
Yes, California where you can actually have a prescription for it and purchase it with a medical card and more specifically Medicino county Ca. where you can actually grow a limited number of plants for personal medical and or recreational use.
In California, marijuana is legal for recreational and medical use for adults aged 21 and older. Adults can possess up to one ounce of marijuana for recreational use and cultivate up to six plants per residence. It is still illegal to consume marijuana in public spaces or while operating a vehicle.
To get a license to sell marijuana in California, you need to apply through the state's Bureau of Cannabis Control. You must meet all regulatory requirements, including having a legal business structure, safe and secure premises, and compliance with local laws and zoning. Each type of cannabis business (e.g., retail, cultivation, manufacturing) has specific requirements for obtaining a license.
Anyone who lives there or gets a temporary card.
central CA
you get in trouble
Lol no ... Yes they do in Redwood CA they test for it.
A few years ago CA passed a law stating the medical marijuana could be sold, but lately the cities have been closing down the medical marijuana outlets stating they are against the local laws. This is going on all over CA so it may be happening too in Oakland.
