if the meter sticks are truly 1 meter, however from past experiences i do beleive thay are slightly under 1meter, so i would guess perhaps 100.1 meter sticks, mabye even goin as far as 100.2
however at later thinking times i think its a lil bigger instead so like 99.9 or sumthin

8 meters wide by 5 meters long my 1 meters tall will not give you an answer in square meters. But it will give you a VOLUME of 40 cubic meters.
The sides of a 25 square meter square would be 5 meters long. 4 sides * 5 meters each = 20 meter perimeter.
