There are rules that reflect Letter of the Law and there are those that are common sense. Common sense says that you are a novice driver who should keep distractions to the minimum. The latest information is that one friend in the car for a beginning driver is more than enough. This person should not be someone who is likely to make rude gestures to other drivers and so on. Also, you should not be out after 10 on a school night, midnight on the weekend. Commons sense states that there are more erratic (aka drunk) drivers on the road in the wee hours. Also, mind your speed, radio volume and phone calls. Your parents would be so happy if you could self-manage this so that they know you are safe out there. (BTW I am a parent of a 20 year old)
This all depends on what state you are licensed in and what type of license you have (i.e. any restrictions) I am from NH and I know the law here is that anyone with a new license at the age of 16 is given a "youth operator" license for the term of 3 months. During this 3 month period you are allowed 1 passenger, but you are allowed to drive family members with no limit on quantity.
You need to check the laws in your particular jurisdiction because laws vary. If you violate the law the penalty for a young driver will be harsh. Get informed.

Yes you can. The only time you can't have a passenger is if you have your permit. If your passenger has their license it is ok to drive them around. Reported from DMV website.

Some ideas for bachelorette party games include a competition to make the best wedding dress out of toilet paper and pin the garter on the bride. You could also play Monopoly.

I went to court today. I am in Ohio. I had a headlight violation because a part broke and my headlights went out and I had too many passengers in my car for a 16 year old. The judge dropped the too many passengers and charged me with only a headlight violation. I paid a $25 fine and $70 court cost. He gave me no additional restrictions on my license. He did worn me that if he saw me in court before I was 18 he wouldn't be so generous.
