A 14000 square foot pool is nonexistant. However, we can lay out theoritical values. On average, people would take up approximately 2 square foot of an area. This would mean 7000 people could fit in the pool without stacking upon another. But that would mean they couldn't move in the water. A safer perspective would allow 1 person per 50 square feet since that area would allow people to swim. Meaning a safe number of people that could be in a pool of 14000sqft at any given point should be 280 people. However, you could fit around 7000 people in the pool.
