The old Globe Theater could fit more than 1,500 people. Some of his plays were also performed at the Blackfriars Theater which held less than 400 people, this location was meant only for the wealthy and was a private theater.

Depends which theatre. The Globe could hold about 3000, and the Fortune was slightly larger. The Rose and Curtain were much smaller. The indoor theatres, such as the Blackfriars and The Cockpit, were the smallest of all, seating between 500 and 1000 people.
