I eat Venison every day. It is a great source of protein and much leaner than beef. It's a cheap way to get meat and being organic. Thus far I've not noticed any side effects of eating it such as some do eating beef daily. I do live an active life as well, lifting weights and running so that helps aid in my health. If being super active like me isn't your thing I would recommend eating venison/deer meat moderately. I probably wouldn't eat it every day, maybe 2-3 times a week at max.

∙ 14y agoi depends, most deer hunters, just regular sporting hunters take the deer meat and dry it into jerky, ans even make deer sausage out of it. it is actually very good.
