There are really a lot of people who haven't heard about the Gospel,but i don't have any accurate statistics that may help you...But we,as Christians,we have to preach the word of God, not verbally but with our life and our behaviours to let people know about JESUS and love Him and give the glory to our Lord in Heavens.
