There is not a crash every year, so the answer would have to be 'none'. Sometimes several years goes by without any major crash. But this question is somewhat generic. A lot of things could be called a "crash" which resulted in no fatalities or injuries at all, and were minor runway incidents. Check out the related link for all sorts of statistics on this subject.
