You can only make 1 profile on the game, as in to play in story mode and do everything. but after the international contest you can do the bonus to have 2 faces.
but there is only 1 game profile.

this may not be very helpful, but i LOVE style savvy. if i were you id buy it instead without looking at the other game. truth is, though, ive never played style lab makeover, so i wouldnt know. but either way i highly reccomend style savvy.
