It all depends on the boy, everyone begins puberty @ a different age. From what I've read, 11-13 is about average for most boys, but some guys don't start until after highschool. So, again it all depends on each individual boy. If he's (or you) really concerned about starting puberty late or early, set up an apointment w/ his doctor.
