It varies depending on the size of the motor that is in your truck. If you have a 2.3 it will hold roughly 11.2 quarts, 2.5 will hold roughly 10.5 quarts and a 4.0 will hold roughly 13.5 quarts. Now that is for the entire cooling system, not just the radiator.
