A 95 van does not have a 350 trans in it.
If it is a 3/4 ton then it has a 4L80E Trans.
If it is a 1/2 ton it will be a 4L60E Trans.
If you change fluid and filter only it will hold about 5 qts.
I would start with 4 qts. first then start engine,let warm up then check fluid leavel again.
