You can only get 4 wrong out of 30 questions.. Its multiple choice and if you don't pass you can go back the next morning and have another go, the next day you will have different questions though, not the same.

Assuming you are referring to the drivers test: you must get 25 out of 30 right (though you should aim for 100% since any question you get wrong is a driving law you don't know, and that could put you at risk!). You can take the exam again if you fail, but you can't write again on the same day.
