NO, not only are all restaurants in Paris are in France so they all are French and no restaurants in New York City are in France so none of them are French! But (in my guess) also the total number of restaurants in both cities are approximately the same and I do not think that NYC has specialized in French cuisine to the degree that there are more resturants serving French food there than in Paris. ...
