An exact number is not available, but the number of orbital satellite launches is much smaller than the number of suborbital launches, mainly by the military and not by NASA, although they share facilities. The total number of NASA orbital launches is not more than a thousand or two. The number of manned missions is over 100.
There were about 3000 total launches from Cape Canaveral from 1950 to 1999, but many of these were military test vehicles, and a large number preceded the formation of NASA in 1958. There have been just over 6000 satellite launches by all nations worldwide.

if you mean where the rockets are launched: well then they are launched in cap Canavral, Florida.
NASA was launched by America in 1958, before that it was NACA which was launched in 1915 and was ended in 1958 when NASA launched, this year NASA would complete its 50th Anniversary.

Thousands if not millions. Not only are there space rockets, but also rockets used in research and war.
Surely at least thousands ARE launched everyday, if you include weapons and fireworks. But perhaps you are only interested in rockets that go into space.

Rockets can be launched from just about anywhere. But if the objective is to put something into orbit, or send it further out from earth, then the closer to the equator the launch is, the better. Equatorial launches "add" the "speed" of the earth's rotation to the equation, and this allows less fuel for the same payload, or more payload for the same fuel as would be used farther toward the poles. In the United States, NASA launches its rockets from Cape Canaveral in Florida.
