it depends on the type of shroom, how many times you have tripped, how long ago you tripped, and how hard you would like to trip. it is calculated in grams, many people only like to trip a little bit (for this i would suggest 2 grams if you have tripped before and 1.5 grams if you havnt) enhancing colors, touch, and giving you a slight case of the giggles. Now if you would actually like to get into affecting your mental state which is what i consider an actual trip i would suggest 2-2.5 grams if you have never tripped before and 3-4 grams if you have tripped before of course if you have tripped before you should know what works for you best. These calculations are for the most common types of shrooms which will be greyish looking. there are other types of shrooms aswell these are usually stronger and have all different types of name and coloration.
