As much as most guys think it is about the strength or their sperm & their macho self image, most pregnancies are more a matter of timing than of virility. A healthy 80 year old can produce more than enough SPERM to impregnate a woman.
If a woman is ovulating, all it takes is that one good swimmer & pregnancy will happen, If she is not ovulating (about 3 days a month) sex 10 times a day wont get her pregnant!
