you get storm points by winning battles either in free battle or story mode. tip:in free battle set the handicap so that youre opponents health is low and yours is high. hopes this helps :) also to get all characters really fast, just play as hinata in free battle mode with 2 controllers and put the handicap in your favor. now use Y,B or for ps3 X,O to get a 50 plus combo. then use her ultimate jutsu then do her Y,B again then you will get close to 10,000 SP every fight:)
