There are no "streets" in any of the "three heavens" referred to in The Bible: Heaven #1 - the earth's atmosphere where the birds fly and clouds form; Heaven #2 - outer space where the stars and galaxies reside; Heaven #3 - the place or dimension or whatever it might be of the throne of the Father in heaven - no "streets" are mentioned.
In the book of Revelation, the future Two Witnesses will be killed by the Beast [the world thinks - Antichrist] at the end of the Great Tribulation in which:
"...their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt, where our LORD was crucified." (Rev.11:8 KJV)
The "city" in question being "Jerusalem! " But Jerusalem isn't in heaven... it's on earth.
Also in the book of Revelation we read a description of the "Holy City, New Jerusalem" that comes DOWN FROM HEAVEN onto the New Earth, following the Last Great Day, Judgment Day, of God's present plan.
"...I John saw the Holy City, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride for her Husband." (Rev.21:2 KJV)
John then begins to describe New Jerusalem as it shall appear after its descent upon the New Earth. In the midst of this Holy City shall apparently be only ONE BROAD STREET:
"And the twelve gates were twelve pearls: every several gates was of One Pearl: and THE STREET of the City was PURE GOLD, as it were TRANSPARENT GLASS." (verse 21)
Same verse - Montgomery New Testament [MNT]: "And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; each gate of one pearl. and THE BROAD STREET of the City was of Pure Gold, transparent like glass."
So, if you're calling the Holy City, New Jerusalem "heaven," that shall come down out of the third heaven onto the future New Earth where God the Father shall then reside with His Immortal Family, Eternally -- then "heaven" has "one broad street."
But that Holy City will be on the New Earth... not in heaven.
"...He showed me the River of the Water of Life, clear as crystal, flowing out from the throne of God [the Father], and of the Lamb, in the middle of THE BROAD STREET of the City. On each side of the River was a Tree of Life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, each morning yielding its own fruit. And the leaves of the Tree were for the healing of the nations." (Rev.22:1-2 MNT)
It isn't known how many streets heaven has.

gold
No, heaven is not just a cloud. Heaven is much, much better than that. For example, there are streets of transpartent gold. There will be feasts in heaven.
streets of gold in heaven
Heaven is a better place than hell. In heaven the streets are painted with gold, most of the challenges hat faced us during out earthly lives are no longer there.
The bible tells us that heaven will be wonderful. Mansions and streets of gold surrounded by walls with many different kinds of jewels. There will be no sun or moon nor will there be night. The presense of the Lord will illuminate and warm the new heaven. There will be no more oceans, only fresh water.
Heaven is amazing! In the bible, it tells us there are streets made of pure gold. Pure gold! The Bible also tells us that God is in heaven making a mansion for all who believe and trust in his name.
There are 814 streets in Chicago
One answer may be because there is no rain in Heaven, but flowers aren't discussed in the bible talking about what Heaven will be like, only things like Gigantic mansions for everyone, and streets paved with gold! Of course it may not be everyone's belief.
