You can't work out this problem. There is no way to determine the amount of grams in tablespoons since grams measure weight while tablespoons measure volume.

Usually a dried spice or herb is 3 times as potent as the fresh. so 2/3 tsp should work.
When I try work it out, its a crazy answer, so I'll leave you to work it out. But 5ml is a teaspoon
tablespoons are a measure of volume, lb (pounds) is a measure of weight, thus the two can not be equated directly you need to know - tablespoons of WHAT before you can work out how many will be needed to make a pound of that WHAT. i.e to convert volume into weight you need to know the dentistry of the material being measured.
