    You train your pokemon to high levels (When I battled the Elite 4 my Blastoise was on level 70 xD) to about higher than lvl 50 and bring lots of revives and full restores with you.

    All you need is a strong fire type, a strong grass type, a strong dark type Pokemon and you should be fine
