Try to raise your Pokemon at least lv 65 or use type advantage Lorelei use ice,water and psychic Pokemon use dark types and lighting Bruno uses fighting, rock and Agatha uses ghost Pokemon and lance uses dragon Pokemon and the ultimate champion uses gyaridos alakazam venusaur or blastoise or charizard and arcanine tryanatair and dont remember so find out for yourselves.

    You train your pokemon to high levels (When I battled the Elite 4 my Blastoise was on level 70 xD) to about higher than lvl 50 and bring lots of revives and full restores with you.

    All you need is a strong fire type, a strong grass type, a strong dark type Pokemon and you should be fine

    You can fight them as many times as you want. But every time you beat them, they'll just get stronger.
