There's more than one routine people follow to keep their rabbit's cage clean. The important thing is to keep the rabbit safe, healthy, and comfortable. Consider these principles:
Urine starts to grow ammonia, which is unhealthy and smelly for rabbits and humans, so the litter should be scooped every day.
Old hay sitting around becomes dusty and -- if gets wet -- mouldy, both of which are unhealthy for your rabbit, so the hay should be replaced at least once a day.
Fur can build up on bedding and in the hay and the rabbit will end up eating some of it, which can be very dangerous. (Rabbits can't vomit fur balls like cats.) Wash or vacuum fabrics, and sweep out fur from the cage, as much as needed -- more when the rabbit is moulting.
Water and food should be replaced/replenished twice daily, and the dishes washed once daily -- otherwise, bacteria will grow which can make your rabbit (and you) sick.
Aside from that, the entire cage or rabbit area should be kept relatively clean. One routine is to limit daily cleaning and do one big clean every month or so. Other people prefer to do a big more each day and limit big cleans to once or twice a year.
Depending on the climate and rabbit's housing, fly strike may be a threat -- if so, you'll need to keep the rabbit's environment extra clean and as dry as possible. You'll also want to inspect the rabbit daily for signs of infestation.
It depends on the rabbit but you should try to change it once a fortnight. and fluff the hay if it goes flat. it helps them sleep because it helps make it fluffy!
1-2 rabbits = once/week...3+ rabbits = twice/week. Depending on where they do their business. If they do it in one isolated spot, then you can just clean that area out as above, and the rest out every 3-4 weeks.
Please choose the instructions that are applicable to you!!! My Rabbit is Litter-Trained You will need to clean out the litter tray every day. And you can clean out the hutch once every week. My Rabbit is NOT Litter-Trained You will need to clean out your rabbits hutch at least every two days. If possible evey day. It is a lot easier to clean out though if your rabbit is litter-trained. So i'd suggest training it!
You don't need to clean bunnies, because bunnies clean themselves, like cats.
If your bunny is dirty, this is a sign that something is wrong. Maybe your rabbit is sick, or maybe you aren't keeping her cage clean, or maybe the cage is too small and the rabbit isn't getting enough activity, or maybe you need better "bunny-proofing" so that your rabbit can't get into messy areas.
If your rabbit isn't keeping herself clean, you should bring her to the vet's to find out why! A sign like this should not be ignored, because a rabbit's health can decline very rapidly, and within just a couple of days of falling ill the rabbit can die.
If you need to bathe your bunny, you should be very careful. Baths can be very dangerous for rabbits. DO NOT GET YOUR RABBIT WET. Wipe down with a baby-wipe if needed. See the related questions below for details and links.
Rabbits don't need cleaning, but they do need grooming. This includes nail clipping every 4-8 weeks (as needed - the nails should not stick out beyond the fur). This also includes brushing. Rabbits need to be brushed daily when they're moulting, otherwise they will consume too much fur and get sick. Long-haired rabbits need to be brushed all the time, not just when they're moulting.
once every week but if the envirnment in the cage is too gross less than a week then just clean it twice a week
Clean out the poop and soiled litter about every other day
about 2-3 times a week.

As long as it is clean and the rabbit can fit in comfortably, why not?

Every 6 days, but its a good idea to remove wet woodshavings from wherever in the cage the hamster urinates every day. or once a week
My rabbit used to always do this if we left her in her inside cage for too long. I just assumed it was to get our attention and let us know she wasn't happy.

Every 1 week clean his or her cage.
it will smell very bad
First thing is to keep the cage clean. Clean it out daily, put fresh litter in daily. Make sure the rabbit has fresh water and pellets too. Keep the cage clean and you will keep the rabbit clean. If you need to bathe him, use a shampoo made for cats and keep the shampoo out of the eyes.

atleast 1 hour a day but more is fine, as long as you put it back in the cage at night
Make sure the cage is clean. Also, provide a small hide away in the cage to give birth. If your rabbit lives in a hutch, you won't need this hide away. Most importantly, cover the cage with a blanket when the doe is giving birth.
clean his or her cage 3 times a day
Once a week
A rabbit playpen would have more room for the rabbit to run around. A cage is limited in space. It's important that a rabbit get a couple of hours of exercise each day. If you have a cage, it's good to get one with a rabbit door, so the rabbit can jump in and out on its own. You can then surround the cage with a play pen, if you want.
Because she is preparing for her babies so come out.that means the rabbit will have babies in a couple or a few days, CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!:-) so give it fresh food and water and keep the cage the way it is,do not touch, clean and disturb the cage and rabbit.
