How many times did God laugh?

Many times and in many different ways.

Just like mankind is made in God's image and likeness (see Genesis 1:27), we 'laugh' for different reasons and in different ways. So too, does God. We know He expresses His feelings - consider Noah's time when God 'regretted' that He had made mankind (see Genesis 6:6-8). Or when we do something fully right and follow His Law we are told God rejoices (Isaiah 62:5; Psalm 16:11).

Being perfect, God is definitely long suffering (patient) with His Creation who persists in doing it 'our way' and thinking everything and anything we do is ok which in the end, only leads to unnecessary pains (see Psalm 2:4; Proverb 1:26 and below:)
