There are 3 main types. NK (natural killer) cells, T-cells and B cells. T cells have sub categories mainly helper T (CD4+) and Killer T (CD8+), and to a lesser learned extent, suppressor T (memory T also). B cells (mature) consist of memory B and Plasma cells.
