It all Really Depends on the High and Weight of the Person - "Attacker"
From what i'v Personally Heard from using those a Lot, I think the Best stungun you'd Possibly buy would be a 1Mil Volt one or over due to the fact from what i know it is the High Strength ones that really do a lot more Damage and that will work for almost any Human.

But to be Totally Honest with you, I believe that a Stungun with using Volts is Far to Ineffective were as one i would rather have would be one that uses the Most Am mount of Amps you Could make it Fire, Because the one using Amps Compared to one using High Voltage would kill the Attack and render them unable to Attack me again. NOT Just knock em down and make them Keep Attacking me, If i find out how to Conversion a Stungun and make it use more Amps i will be sure to let you Know right away.
Don't live in Fear!
Just a little over 3,000 volts
Yes. The plumbing and water can conduct the electrical discharge and potentially electrocute you.
Lightning can struck water pipes and travel all the way to the tub, and electrocute you.
Voltage doesn't actually kill, it is the amperage that kills.
For lighting up a city you need 120 volts in the USA and 230 volts in Europe. It's just the usual voltage the light bulbs are needing.
4.5~5.3
6 volts
Just a little over 3,000 volts
12 volts DC.
No, that would electrocute them. Source: http://science.howstuffworks.com/electricity.htm
24 Volts.
You require about 24 volts to power the windshield wiper.
Volts don't make power. Watts do. Watts = (volts) x (amps) 1 horsepower = 746 watts
How many volts woud it take to charge a laptop
it doesn't matter how many volts pass through your body, its the amps as little as 0.1 amps can kill a human
In the U.S. 120 volts. <<>> Using the equation E = I x R, Volts = Amps x Resistance = 110 volts.
Usually about 6 That doesnt hurt tho ;]
