With votes still being counted, we do not have the final percentages, but at this point, we know that about 45% of eligible voters decided not to vote. Currently, it's about 55.6% who did vote, but that number may change. Of those who did vote, Donald Trump won the electoral vote, but Hillary Clinton won the popular vote.
