The Wii Fit miles are generally close to what you would be running if you were outdoors.
At that rate, he is running 23.109565 miles per hour. At this same rate, if he could keep up the pace for a mile (which we know can't be done) he could run a sub 3 minute mile!!
Sure. That would be OK.16 inches on the map would represent (16 x 1500) = 24,000 miles, roughly the earth's circumference.16 inches or a little bit bigger to represent the whole surface of the earth, cut up and flattened out ...that's reasonable.
You cannot become a God in real life! Many people do not believe in the existence of God and so, in their eyes, it is not something that anyone can become. People who do believe in a God believe that God is beyond real life and so, even for them, it is not possible for you to become one.
of course she is real and lilly beaker (lychania fyffe) is real too
Tony Stark from Iron man is a fictitious character. However, there are probably many people with that name.
it is only to scale. if it says on the map that one inch is one mile, then it is a mile in real life.
".333/ divided by 1 mile (1760 yards) a round trip lap is around 50 yards 35.2 round trip laps equal 1 mile. .333 is a yard, or 3 feet." Ummm, wow. That answer defies belief. The real answer is 3 laps! 3 laps times .333 miles = .999 miles or essentially 1 mile.
On an outdoor track 4 laps equal one mile. In a swimming pool, a swimming mile is 33 laps down and back, a real mile is 36 laps down and back.
the movie real steel
5280 ft
No. Some maps are scaled differently.
1 kilometer is no where near 5 miles, its more like, just over half a mile 1 km = 0.66 mile in the real world, where one mile is significantly longer than a kilometer. In your hypothetical example, a kilometer would be longer.
Yes, I belive it may.
Miles, so it cancels 12 miles (# of inches/1 mile) Probably in real life you would need several ratios to get to your answer.
1 mile = 1.609 Km so 4 miles = 6.436 Km The formula for converting 4 miles to km looks like this: 4 mi* 1.609344 km 1 mi = 6.437376 km
1,150 shore miles for real
No one inch on am map is not a mile reason is because not all maps are made in scale EX: say you have a huge map and a small map one inch on the big map might be a mile but you should check the scale on the small map if used the same scale could tell you it's one mile form Chicago to New York City
