All that I know is in the state of PA a person can work under the age of 16 if it's a family business and you can not get payed. I believe you can work under the age of 16 in CA,OR,OH, and HI
they can't opperate much like any machines, cranes, roofing, exavation. I'm not exactly sure what they can do, but they can be on a construction site supervised.
