While I have actually worked for "x" (calendar) years, with the extra time I have spent in a second job/higher education/additional training/mentoring/learning other skills, and/or, working in cross functional responsibilties, and/or, learning from others in the team, I feel as if I have effectively worked "2x" (calendar) years.
I think you should get the one with many years of experience
There airn't many jobs out there for a 10 year old with no experience. You could start a lemonade stand. But other than that, there are not very many jobs for such a young and inexperience child.
