The commentor makes a great point with salt solution and the solution to unemployment doesn't lie in creating new employment just to keep that limited statistic below some arbitrary number based on correlation. Employment is fine if ambitions are low but employment brings about a false sense of security that becomes dangerous and burdensome when the reality of employment turns into unemployment. The truth of the matter, (with due respect to the commentor, the very narrow and specific truth of unemployment.) is that only employees can find themselves unemployed. Failed proprietors, failed businesspeople, failed entrepreneurs do not figure into unemployment figures and chances are these failed business people live better and eat better than the unemployed, many of those failed entrepreneurs are eating better than the vast majority of people who are employed. This is because those entrepreneurs have dared to create wealth and even in failure this sort of audacity attracts wealth. Employment usually attracts hard work, low pay for a thankless job. It should be clear to all that being an employee isn't the best option for wealth creation.It is wealth that will bring about any real economic sustainable development.
