Weight has no value in space. Weight is a function of gravity so in space Venus doesn't weigh anything.

A kilogram is a unit of mass and that doesn't change. However the weight of a

kilogram would be a bit less on Venus. It would weigh about 900 grams.

You would weigh 91% (.91) of what you weigh on Earth. So, if you weighed 120 pounds on Earth, on Venus you would weigh 109.2 on Venus (120 x .91 = 109.2).
