Freddie Mercury must have been HIV + for many years before he found out. He actually found out he had aids in 1987. So he was not actually sick as in showing symptoms, at the Wembley concert. He did not get really sick for a few years after that.
I would say that it was the Wembley Stadium concert in 2008. Sometime during the show, Dave points out that it is the largest show they have ever played although there is no official word on how many people attended. The 2008 Wembley Stadium concert is set to be released on DVD very soon if it isn't already out.
