The DXM in it is what gives you a buzz, and its VERY unhealthy to take more than the recommended dosage of it. A bottle worth probably wont hurt you but theirs a good chance you will get sick and wretch everywhere. Just leave the NyQuil alone.

It contains an antihistamine, cough suppressant (Dextromethorphan) and a NSAID. Nyquil also contains sugar which is something else to avoid while pregnant. Call your doctor and discuss this with him/her also. Don't take Nyquil anymore
