The answer depends on what kind of rail you are interested in: a train rail, a curtain rail, or a kind of marsh bird.
Depending on what you are trying to get. For a single rail, it costs about 10$, but if you don't have a rail mount, the mount with the rail costs about 25$.

A split rail fence will cost approximately 4 dollars per foot. The cost of the entire split rail fence will be dependent upon the length of the split rail fence.
Rail is weighed by the yard...( a yard is 3 feet or 36 inches) If you look at the rail and it says 154 on it then it is "154 pound rail". The lighter 138 pound rail is not as heavy duty as the 154 pound rail. There are many different rail weights. In order to "weigh" the rail you would have to see what pound rail you have then measure that by 3 feet then times that by how long the railroad track is that you are trying to weigh.

This question is kind of vague. Common rail diesel fuel systems are electronically controlled. A common rail fuel system has a high pressure pump that supplies the fuel at very high pressure to a single or common volume that all of the injectors are connected to. The injectors are then electronically signaled to operate, and draw their pressurized fuel from the common rail. The amount of fuel delivered is controlled by the injector. This system is somewhat similar to your port injection gasoline engine, but at much higher pressures. An electronically controled diesel that isn't common rail will have an injection pump that supplies high pressure fuel to each injector individually. The amount of fuel delivered is controlled electronically by the high pressure injector pump.
