How much are hermit crab tanks?

It all depends where you get the Hermit Crab from. I got two Hermit crabs when i got mine. I got two Hermit Crabs and two shells and plus all of the other stuff I had to save up about $230-$250 dollars just to be safe. Because you never know you might find something at the store that you think your Hermit Crab just HAS to have. I know I did. TIP: I have also found that PetSmart is a little bit cheaper than PetCo, especially if you have one of their cards. And it's not that much cheaper than PetCo, BUT in the long run it will eventually pay off. I know that it helped me out.

there are around $250 dollars for 5 hermit crabs and if u are only buying one well they will be about $90 each plus u need to buy all those supplies maybe stick to the safe side and don't buy one!

Up to and over $100. A minimum sized tank for two smallhermies is a ten-gallon, which cost $10-50. Eco-Earth substrate costs $5-10, two water dishes cost around $7 each, two hides could cost up to $20, climbing things cost over $5, and extra (not painted) shells vary in price.
