simple answer................ depends on what kind your drinking EXACTLY but i think a neat little trick i learned back in grade school that I'm gunna tell now is.....
LOOK ON THE CAN???
i dont think that there is caffeine-free diet coke. If there is then it's caffeine free!\ or else it's about 23 grams of caffeine
100 g of caffeine
262 mg
Probably not; diet coke is much healthier than coke. diet coke is actually not better than normal coke as the acids in diet coke make you want more sugar and makes you want more sugar and food so it makes you binge out on mainly sugar filled foods. so if you are dieting i would recommend you drink neither.
Most Coke products contain caffeine, and caffeine is a stimulant drug that is addictive.
A 16 oz Diet Coke contains approximately 64 milligrams of caffeine. This amount can vary slightly based on the specific formulation or region, but it typically falls within that range. For comparison, a regular Coke of the same size has about 70 milligrams of caffeine.
I did a full write-up in a blog entry (see here: http://zaui.blogspot.com/2007/05/diet-coke-plus-caffeine-report.html) but the short answer is Diet Coke Plus probably has a similar amount of Caffeine that 'normal' Diet Coke has - about 46 mg per 12 oz. can.
Would you believe it is the candy called Mento's.
Dr Pepper Has 41Mg and Diet Coke Has 46 Mg :D
