It depends on the person doing the cutting. In the original circumcisions ar the Jews used to do them after they picked up the custom from the Egyptians only a small amount was removed exposing only a relatively small amount of the glans This however changed over time to remove it all. The sort of male genital cutting that was introduced to the USA and other english speaking countrys in the mid 1800s aimed at removing the whole of the prepuce leaving all of the glans exposed to the elements the problem however is that the infants penis is so small that there is a distinct chance that too much of t is removed and the ensuing result leads to the shaft skin being pulled up to make up the shortage when the whole mess os sewn back together leading to hairy skin being puled up the shaft upon erection and unnatural bends in the penis at erection. what ever method is used themor that is taken the worse the effect on the penis.
