12 ft x 10 ft x .333 ft (4 in) = 39.96 cu ft. You need enough concrete for 40 cubic ft.
18.52 cubic yards. Adjusting for safety, you should order a minimum of 19.5 cubic yards.
2400 sq. ft. Divided by 3 (1/3 ft thick) = 800 cu ft 800 / 27 (27 cu ft per cu yd) = 29.63 cu yds Order 31 to 33 yds depending on how accurate your 4" are. Dan

12.5 cubic feet. Assuming you meant 4 INCHES thick..
1,500 ft.
16 * 20 = 320 sq ft. at 4" thick concrete will cover 80 sq ft. 320 / 80 = 4 yards.
4.938 cubic yards.
532.4074 yards of concrete, round up to 533 yards.

That's going to depend on many things you haven't mentioned, including how deep/thick you need it to be.
You need 1.16tonne. You need to know the weight of a bag of concrete and then divide 1.16 by that weight and that will give you the answer you need.
