You can get a new PS2 for under $100 and a used one for $25 and up depending on how many games and accessories are included. If you purchase it used from a game store, it is often sold reconditioned for half the cost of a new console.

∙ 12y agoThey are sold for $100 new $50 refurbished at retail stores and are worth less when being sold by an individual or used. Many go for only $20 used and some are traded in for even less

The main reason for this is that the PS2 is not as high=profile and new as the Xbox 360, which is considered a much better console.
