I don't know, but they say that every pyramid took at least 15 years to build and for every pyramid that was built some 1000 people died. Money didn't come into the equation in the modern sense of buying the materials, paying the designer and the labour costs.
A large glass pyramid was installed in the Louvre's garden during the 80s. I was heavily criticised at the time, not so much today. It was built by Chinese architect Yeo Ming Pei.

Depends on the size of the pyramid. It is thought 10,000 men worked for 20 years to build the Great Pyramid at Giza.
