To answer your question, how much do MP's earn, is not too simple, because it depends entirely on how much they claim for expenses, and whether those expenses are claimed fraudulently or as an addition to salary, or not. But generally, MP's earnings are in the region of 50 to 60 grand a year, so about half of the salry of the Prime Minister, and about equal to that of a headteacher of a comprehensive school, and far, far less than an average GP who earn on average about 80000 pounds a year although lawyers earn more than both of these!!

If by MP's you mean "Military Police" they earn their pay the same as any other military personnel. See http://www.dfas.mil/militarypay/militarypaytables/2009MilitaryPayTables.pdf. Pay is based on rank and time in service. Some military occupation specialties rate bonuses upon enlistment or reenlistment.
